Enter in

We had a wonderful at-home, lazy, throw another log in the fire time at Em and Chad's last week getting to know Baby Will who, at 6 months, is a pleasant little smile-at-everyone kinda guy, and playing with bouncy little Mia who, at 4 1/2, sings little songs to herself in the morning, is very smart and has a tender heart that asks to know everything you can tell her about God.

The day before we left she came into the kitchen and tugged on her mommy's hand, "Oh, Mommy, you HAVE to come! There is something awesome. You just have to come and see it!"

Only a moment earlier she had discovered the little creche set up on the buffet and wanted Em to come and see the Baby Jesus in the manger.

Jesus said If you want to enter His Father's Kingdom, you have to become as a little child. To help us do that we went to view the new film, The Nativity, which was very moving. But thank God for the wide-eyed, little blond girl in our very own family, who God sent to take our hand and help us keep the Kingdom simple.
